Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains what OTR TIRE (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED collects when you use this website or send us an enquiry, and how we use it.
Information We Collect
When you request a quotation we receive the details you type into the form: your name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, and the tires you are asking about. We also receive standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type, which our server records for security.
How We Use Your Information
We use your details only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange shipping and keep a record of orders. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. If you place an order, we share the details needed for shipping with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to run the website and protect the forms from spam. We do not use advertising cookies.
Data Storage and Security
Enquiries are stored on our website server and in our business email. Access is limited to our sales team. We keep records for as long as needed for our business and legal duties, usually up to five years after the last contact.
Your Rights Under This Privacy Policy
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to info@orttirethai.shop and we will reply within 30 days. We follow Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act.
Third-Party Services
Our website is hosted by a commercial provider and uses a content delivery network to load pages quickly. These providers process technical data such as IP addresses only to deliver and protect the site. If you contact us on WhatsApp, the message is also handled under WhatsApp’s own terms.
International Buyers
We work with buyers in many countries. When you send an enquiry from outside Thailand, your details are transferred to and stored in Thailand. We protect them with the same care whatever country you are in.
Children
This website is meant for businesses that buy tires. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
