What to Include in Your OTR Tire Quotation Request

The more detail you give, the more accurate your price will be. A good request usually includes:

• Tire size, for example 23.5R25 or 12.00R20.
• Ply or star rating and TRA code if you know them (for example L-3, E-4 or G-2). The Tire and Rim Association explains these codes.
• Preferred brands, or a budget level, so we can offer alternatives.
• Quantity per size and whether you want a full container.
• Port of discharge and preferred Incoterm (FOB, CFR or CIF).

If you are not sure of the size, send a photo of the tire sidewall. We read the markings and confirm the match for you.

How Fast You Get Your OTR Tire Quotation

We answer most enquiries the same day during Thai business hours, Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 18:00 (GMT+7). Every OTR tire quotation lists the unit price, stock status, estimated loading date and container plan. For CFR or CIF offers we add freight to your port, so you can compare landed cost with other suppliers.

Payment, Documents and After-Sales

Once you accept the offer, we send a proforma invoice. Most buyers pay a deposit by bank transfer and settle the balance against the shipping documents, which include the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading. A certificate of origin, fumigation certificate for wooden pallets or third-party inspection can be arranged when your customs office asks for them. After delivery, our team stays in touch. If a tire arrives damaged or does not match the order, send us photos and we will work out a fair solution with you, whether that is a replacement in your next container or a credit note.

Common Questions Before Ordering

Can I order a mix of brands in one container? Yes. Most containers we load hold several sizes and two or three brands, which lets you balance price and performance across your fleet.

Do you supply tubes, flaps and O-rings? Yes. For tube-type bias tires and multi-piece OTR rims we can add the matching tubes, flaps and O-rings to your OTR tire quotation.

Can you ship to a landlocked country? Yes. We ship to the nearest seaport and your forwarder handles the inland leg, or we can quote through-transport to your city on request.

Is there a minimum order? No fixed minimum. A few large tires can travel as loose cargo, while full containers give the lowest cost per tire.
